Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Musiciapp account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

Email support@musiciapp.com from the email address linked to your Musiciapp account. Include your username, phone number, and the role you use in the app, if available. This helps us verify the request and locate the correct account.

What will be deleted

After verification, we will delete or de-identify account profile data, contact details, uploaded profile media, optional location or address details, and other personal data that is no longer needed to provide the service.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, payment processing, fraud prevention, dispute handling, refund, settlement, audit, or safety obligations. Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes.

Response time

We will respond to deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more information to verify ownership of the account, we will contact you at the email address used for the request.
